Contemplating in Jaipur

Taken outside a remote temple on a steep hill

I accidentally changed the setting on my camera with surprising pleasing results…now I have to figure out the settings!

His eyes almost saying- nothing can faze me….

This is an excellent portrait - in all of its incarnations! What a great face and wonderful eyes!

Thanks so much for coming by Ocala Daily Photo. Much appreciated!

I think the expression "a wizend old man" fits perfectly here. I can only imagine the things he has seen and the lessons learned.

You are correct, his eyes, yes...

Contemplative, but what, he is seeing you and wondering. "Why this woman is interested in old man such as me, nobody cares for me, then why. Is she gone mad? pity? God bless her"

Just a wild guess. But this is a fantastic portrait. On the uncle who has just visited has remarked that he looks like "Loknath baba" a revered deity in eastern India.

Very Good

I am guessing that you have taken this shot from quite a distance or else the expression might have changed.
